Great product and great prices. So consistent between different locations. Still our absolute favourite chicken burger shop. Most meals with huge burger, massive amount of chips and a can of drink usually only $20. Can't beat the value or the quality. Love you Frangos!

I love Frangos GH. We go there for lunch for work at least once or twice weekly. Chicken is the best anywhere. The food is brilliant, the service is great, considering how busy they get. Only negative feedback is that the tables and seats are always dirty.

We're from Tassie visiting friends in Western Sydney. They suggested Frangos and we'd never heard of it. Ordered a couple of burger meals and ate in. Wow. Unbelievable!!! The portions are huge The quality was tremendous The freshness was excellent. This is top quality fast food. Minimal wait, great value for money, and most of all the quality of the food blew us away. We were expecting it to be similar to Oporto, but it wasn't even close. Cannot recommend this joint enough, outstanding!

We bought the meal deals to take away and were not disappointed. The chicken had a lot of flavour and was juicy and succulent. The lamb rump stood out for me as it was packed with flavour and not overpowering. The service was good considering how busy they were on a Saturday night. We only had to wait for about 10 minutes for our order and there were seats provided in the waiting area. We would not dine in as we could hear and see how noisy the dining area got, however we would definitely order food to take away. Our overall experience was a positive one. :)

Very disappointing experience at Frango Gregory Hills. The service was poor from the moment we arrived, and unfortunately the food wasn't any better. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the bread was stale, and the overall quality was well below what you'd expect for the price. What was even more frustrating was the inflexibility of the menu. I wasn't able to make a simple swap and was told I'd have to pay extra for something that should have been a straightforward substitution. For nearly $80, I expected a fresh, enjoyable meal and decent customer service. Instead, I left feeling like I'd paid premium prices for food that was overpriced and poorly prepared. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it based on this experience. Rubbish store, go El Jannah instead
