First time trying Frango chicken. It did not disappoint. Great way to have a cheat meal without breaking the bank.
Ordered the $10 half chicken lunch special and double fillet burger, great value for the lunch special and burger was great, lots of fries, and great customer service. Plenty of off-street parking in front of store.
Went to Frango Charcoal Chicken and honestly had a great experience. Tim served us the other day I forgot to leave a review so here it is- He was super patient the whole time, didn’t rush us even when it was a bit busy. Just really easygoing and had a genuine smile, which made it feel welcoming straight away. Food was solid too. The charcoal chicken was really good, nice flavour and not dry at all. The steak subs were probably the highlight though, fresh, filling, and just done right. Overall, really good service and good food. Tim definitely made the experience better, you don’t always get that kind of customer service these days. Would go back 👍
Got the chicken burger combo and the burger was so bland especially the chicken with no flavour and seemingly not even freshly made and just brought from some retail store from the freezer section. The chips were decent with good seasoning and loved the chilli mayo sauce. Not going to order the burger again but remembered trying the charcoal chicken which was decent.
Delivery temp wasn't great (arrived cold), but don't let that put you off—a quick air fryer reheat brought it back to life. The taste is fantastic; the chicken and sauce are incredibly flavorful. Tried the Freddy Burger combo and really enjoyed it.
