Absolutely impressed with the Hatyai fried chicken here. The skin was perfectly crispy while the inside stayed tender and juicy. The seasoning was aromatic and well-balanced, just like authentic Hatyai style. Loved the generous fried shallots on top β they added the perfect crunch. Paired with warm sticky rice, it was incredible. Will definitely come back! π
Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Hatyai fried chicken was packed with flavour and the fried shallots on top made it even better. So delicious and great value!
It was my first time trying Hat Yai fried chicken, and I was honestly impressed! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning that made every bite flavorful. The aroma of fried shallots made it even more delicious, especially when paired with warm sticky rice. Itβs the kind of meal you can enjoy anytime β breakfast, lunch, or even a late-night snack. Iβll definitely come back for more. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real, flavorful fried chicken with sticky rice!
I am a thai food lover. This was my first time ordering from here as I was looking for some good fried chicken place and saw good reviews on google. The Chicken smelled so horrible while eating, raw. Fried chicken wings looked like they were not fried enough and tasted in a way that I wouldn't be touching any fried chicken for god knows how long. I am not the only one I was sorry about my family as they stated they had nausea because of the taste, it smelled so raw. I didn't wanted to add up that I almost was given half of what I ordered as naturally human make mistakes but would not recommend anyone to go there if they are after chicken wings.
Not ur typical oily fried chicken..the chicken has different flavours and textures and it goes really well with sticky rice
