I had a wonderful experience at Nando’s in Nando’s Castle Towers. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant has a modern, comfortable atmosphere that makes it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They greeted customers with a smile and ensured that everything was taken care of throughout the visit. The service was prompt and efficient, which made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish was well-prepared and presented beautifully. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality. One aspect that truly stood out was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area, tables, and overall environment were spotless and very well maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for customers. Overall, Nando’s Castle Towers delivers excellent food, outstanding customer service, top-notch cleanliness, and a fantastic ambiance. It was a great dining experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a welcoming environment. I look forward to visiting again!

Had a really delicious meal here—chicken was full of flavor with plenty basting sauce. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our only issue was that the glasses seemed a bit dirty, which took away slightly from an otherwise great visit. Still, a solid spot overall and we’d happily come back.

I had a wonderful experience at Nando’s castle tower. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor as always. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. I especially want to commend one of the crew members, Paolo, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure we were comfortable, checked on us at the right time, and served us with a genuine smile. His positive attitude truly made our dining experience even better. Thank you, Paolo, for going above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this branch to everyone. 👏🔥

Very disappointed. Pros: Food was okay, served within time, was hot. Halal but they have bacon - you have to mention it at the counter so they can ensure separate cooking. Cons: Hygiene issues!! The plates we got were NOT properly washed. We actually got up and found clean plates for ourselves. Cutlery wasn't very clean either. Staff was not really helpful here. The staff is all very young and seemed new - looks like there was no proper manager in charge at all. Odd since its such a prime location.

I chewed a broken piece of Glass on my Food!! The piece of broken glass injured my mouth and made my tongue bleed because of this! and up to now i loss appetite and i’m having a painful throat and i can’t swallow properly! the manager named Eddie immediately grab the piece of broken glass, I handed it over because me and missus alongside with my auntie were shocked by what happened. Don’t go to this place it’s really dangerous. I Emailed them and up to now i can’t get any response from them. This happened last Tuesday (June 9 2026) around 7:20pm. This left me a traumatic experience! Ps: I didn’t take photo of the glass because manager named Eddie grab took it from me. The next morning my tongue is still bleeding because of what happened
