One of the most consistent red rooster outlets I have been to. Food is always fresh chips are always fresh potato and gravy great. Well done team whenever we are in the area that is our go to. Obviously a good manager that has set a high standard for her teams. A credit to the franchise
Robley helpers attended here, always good service, staff very friendly even when we found something and handed it in at the counter. Facilities reasonably clean. Downfall no change tables in the toileting area. Otherwise always find food to be good clean quality and fresh.
Drive thru attendant was well presented, spoke clearly, friendly and had a lovely welcoming personality. Told me about rewards I had available and asked if I would like to use them? Chicken was hot, fresh, perfect shape/condition (no missing parts or damaged skin etc) and very tasty.
The attendants were super nice with us, also the food is delicious! I had a combo chicken with drink. Food very fresh and well cooked. Also very tasty!
Good food and service. Staff should be asking if you have a loyalty card to promote your loyalty program and not leave it up to the customer to inform them.
