My partner asked for no meat on a Ripper rolls due to them being a vegetarian; our request was made to "perfection". The service was fast and lovely. Once we got our order, we also received a smiley face on the bag which brought us a smile! Yummy food too
Here’s a funnier version that still gets the point across: Absolutely terrible. Ordered through the app and rolled up to the drive-thru, only to be left sitting there for nearly 20 minutes after confirming it was an online order. No apology, no explanation, and apparently no thought of asking us to park so the cars behind us could actually get fed. Then the food arrived and somehow managed to make the wait feel optimistic. The chips and corn wheels had enough salt to preserve a small village, the garlic bread was still auditioning to be dough, the pineapple fritters were cremated, and the chicken looked like it had lost a street fight. For over $40, this was beyond disappointing. Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. If you want, I can also make it even sharper for a Google review.
Ordered delivery of a family meal. When the delivery person dropped off the bag is looked like it had been squashed and when we opened the contents one of the gravy containers had been broken and everything was covered in gravy. I tried to leave feedback on the app but kept getting an error. Honestly doubt if we'll ever order Red Rooster again.
Don’t know what this black thing is but doesn’t like appetising😬. Andddd now I feel sick. Also my chips were stale and cold and I my driver came straight there to my house so I guess my order was just made cold.
Highly recommend the fried chicken, sweet potato fries and chicken nuggets - always fresh & crispy! Hot honey sauce delicious too. Only downfall is the standard fries and pineapple fritter which I stopped ordering as it was always soggy, not crispy or too salty. Overall, Leumeah Red Rooster Branch is the best I've been to 👍
