Great halal noodle place in the heart of Hurstville. Can't go wrong with their Lanzhou beef noodles with freshly made noodles. You can even pick what size or type of noodles you want. We went on a Saturday at 1pm. There was a bit of a line but it quickly got to our turn so didn't wait long. Nice relaxing atmosphere and pleasant seating. Would recommend for friends, families or just to treat yourself.

I had a fantastic meal at 1915 Lan Zhou Beef Noodles in Hurstville. It’s a very popular spot — there were lines out the door — but the turnaround was surprisingly quick and the staff kept everything moving smoothly. The noodle soup was incredibly flavourful with a comforting broth and perfectly cooked noodles that just hit the spot. The pan-fried beef dumplings were crispy on the bottom and juicy inside — absolutely delicious. The stir-fried noodles were packed with flavour and had that great wok-fried aroma, and the lamb skewers were another highlight: tender, well-seasoned with cumin spices, and grilled just right. These were a real hit! 🥰 Overall, everything we ordered was impressive and full of authentic flavour. Even with the crowd, there was plenty of space so it didn’t feel crowded, the service was efficient and the food came out quickly. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving satisfying noodle dishes and tasty sides. I’ll be coming back again! 🍜🥟🔥

Really enjoyed my visit to 1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles. The noodles were freshly hand-pulled with a perfect texture, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and full of flavour without being too heavy. The beef was tender and well-seasoned, and the portion size was generous for the price. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. Service was quick and efficient, and the place had a clean, simple vibe. Also, they have a halal certificate and everything is halal, which is a big plus. Great spot for a comforting bowl of noodles — definitely coming back again!

Fantastic experience at 1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles in Hurstville! The food was fresh, flavourful, and very satisfying. We tried the Braised Beef Soup Noodles and the Spicy Beef Soup Noodles, both had rich comforting broth with perfectly cooked hand-pulled noodles and tender beef. The spicy version had just the right amount of heat. The Stir-fried Beef Noodles were packed with flavour and had that nice smoky touch from the wok. We also had the pan-fried Beef & Cabbage Dumplings crispy on the outside and juicy inside and the sautéed cauliflower, which was simple but delicious. The crispy prawns served on chips with chillies were bold, crunchy, and full of flavour. If you’re a noodle lover or just in the mood for a hearty, well-cooked meal, this place is definitely worth visiting. Will happily return!

I love the food and service here! The spicy beef noodle soup is my favourite, the chilli's may look intimidating but it's not that spicy, it's the perfect spice kick! Love the cucumber salad & dumplings, the perfect combo. Been here a zillion times & always back for more!
