I have eaten at this restaurant for over 20 years - the decor hasn't changed much, the charming lovely Chinese man who runs the place is still there to take orders and shout table numbers (he's even sat next to me and my friends casually while we were dining), the food is addictive and comes with complimentary soup, and the chatter is loud. It's the perfect experience for authentic Viet-Chinese-Cambodian cuisine. The food's a winner. Thank you to your years of service in our area. Ordered the beef and Chinese broccoli with rice :)

I recently visited Đông Sơn in Cabramatta and tried two dishes: the Singapore-style fried vermicelli and the crispy seafood noodles. Both dishes had a very traditional taste, reminding me of the food I’ve had in Malaysia and Singapore. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, not overly oily, and very delicious. The restaurant has an old-school style, a bit dated in appearance, but it is clean and well-kept. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is impressively fast. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back to try more dishes from their menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, affordable, and tasty Asian food in Cabramatta.

Always come here and get the same dish mee ka tung which is the hu tieu xeo. It’s always good…. some days better than others, however, mostly good. Customer service is very laid back and chill and welcoming. Decently priced food quite comparable to other restaurants if not cheaper. More than happy to pay it based on the quality and taste.

My family has been dining at Dong Son for as long as we can remember. To this day Dong Son remains one of the oldest and most beloved restaurants in Cabramatta. Dong Son serves Cambodian Chinese cuisines, from a la carte dishes to family meals. Try their famous duck in preserved lemon soup, stir fry intestines in fermented cabbages, deep fry flounder, salt and pepper pork ribs, or just pick a dish from the menu board. (English menu available upon request). The food is delicious. Very quick service. Affordable pricing.

They have an English sharing menu. The food comes out quick, it's fresh and loved by all the locals. You'll hear Vietnamese, Khmer, the main chinese dialects here within 5 minutes of stepping foot inside. Family run business where my family have been coming for over 25+ years. Get the salt and pepper flounder. These 6 dishes with rice for 6 costs 119.
