Yummy. Beef soup has good herbal taste and clean (not oily), Fried wonton skin is light and crispy (fried in nice clean oil-wonton skin not dark brown and not swimming in oil) and the braised pork with rice is done really nicely with small tender pieces of pork. Generous serving. Well priced. Great service. Super happy.

I found the lu rou fan not bad, though my memories of Taiwanese lrf usually used short stick grain of rice, whereas I found this rice loose and mid grain. Would have preferred short sticky rice! We went with the recommended beef noodle soup also but my husband found it exceptionally plain, but it might also be because we’re used to stronger tasting / tastier food so this was rather bland for us. He ended up taking out the noodles and mixing all kinds of sauces into the dry noodles to give it taste 😅 so rating this a lil lower cos we probably won’t return anytime soon :/ but it might suit well for those with lighter taste buds.

Super delicious food from Fujian province in China. Every dish we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. - fried chicken - peanut butter noodles, the noodles tasted freshly made - zhongzhi glutinous rice with pork Chestnut and quail eggs - Chinese handmade sausage with five spice - beef noodles Small cosy store. You pay at the counter and your dishes are brought to your table.

This place came recommended by some friends and I decided to give this place a go. It did not disappoint. Here are some highlights: - It is a very small shop and has about 6 tables available for diners. As such, I do not recommend coming with a large group. Ideally, 2 at most. - Orders and payment are made at the counter. Food is delivered to the table. Condiments are available too at the counter. They accept cash or card. - Staff are helpful and patient. - I liked the wantons and the amah braised pork rice. Taste wise for all dishes were really decent and tasted pretty authentic. - Located not far from the train station, it is an easy walk. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as there is limited parking spots available. Overall, worth checking out this place. I am happy to consider coming back.

Perhaps one of the best kept secrets of Eastwood! Tasty, authentic Taiwanese cuisine, freshly made and brings me back to the home style restaurant in the heartland of Taiwan! Feels like home... with the warm and friendly service, generous serves of amazingly tasty food and soup....10 out of 10! Definitely coming back for more :)
