We dropped in to order takeaway from this restaurant. Our dishes include the following below. Pork Ribs in BBQ sauce. This was the family favourite. The sauce was super delicious. The ribs were coated with the right amount of flour. Cantonese style stir fried beef. A little salty but the beef strips were properly tenderised. Easy for the oldies to chew. Vegetables and tofu. Also delicious but only complaint was that the vegetables were cut too big. Although they were still soft enough and had that crunch when you bit into it. Fish portions in ginger and shallots. Nice and tasty. Similar sauce profile as the vegetables. Salt and pepper chicken was crispy and well seasoned. Another one of the family's favourite. With an order of large fried rice, and entree of spring rolls, prawn toast and chicken rolls, we got the salt pepper chicken, prawn crackers and a 1.25 lt soft drink for free. $100 in total was good value to feed a family of four. This could easily have been enough for 5 - 6. I haven't enjoyed western Chinese food in a long time. Very pleasantly surprised.

Flowerdrum palace has a lunch special starting at $14.80 which is such great value. I got the honey chicken with fried rice and my friend got the chilli chicken. Both were delicious I will definitely be back!

The food was tasty, staff warm and friendly. I asked for the names to be put onto the containers and they wrote them onto a piece of paper and stuck them on! I ordered 6 lunch specials and they were ready in no time

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered food through Uber Eats last night and after eating about half of the meal, I found a fly inside the plastic container. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue. For health reasons, I had to discard the rest of the food and we could not continue eating it for obvious reasons and high concerns of the safety, cleanliness and standards of this place. I contacted Uber Eats for full refund still waiting due that I only received a partial refund when we had to throw all the food food due to possible contamination for me and my family but the main issue here is the lack of basic hygiene standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. Food safety should be a priority, and this experience was unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!!

Female waitress working today at 12pm absolutely filthy attitude !!! I actually laughed at her thinking she has any rite to be so unprofessional to customers I would not recommend this restaurant. Our experience was extremely disappointing from both a food quality and customer service perspective. We were served spring rolls that were raw and undercooked, and the prawn yum cha tasted off and did not seem fresh. The sauce provided was also completely unsuitable for the dish we ordered, suggesting a lack of care in the preparation of the meal. When we raised our concerns and returned the food, the situation only became worse. The waitress was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. When we politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Instead of explaining the bill or addressing our concerns, she simply pushed the EFTPOS machine towards us and expected payment without any discussion. Serving undercooked food is unacceptable, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from staff made the experience even more frustrating. We left feeling ignored and disrespected. This is why the business received this review . You can thank that bratty waitress That girl has a long way to go with her disgusting attitude Overall, the food quality was poor, the service was appalling, and we will not be returning. Definitely will stop the whole family and friends from coming Thank your waitress for this review !
