I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered soup and specifically double-checked our order, but they still made it incorrectly and even changed the base of the soup. On top of that, the wait time was extremely long. When we asked for a refund due to their mistake, the staff responded with a rude attitude instead of resolving the issue professionally. They insisted on making a new bowl rather than listening to our concern, even though I had 2/3 nibble of food. It felt dismissive and frustrating. What made things worse was the staff’s behavior — one of them literally threw our food instead of calmly asking or clarifying the situation. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We then agreed to have the order remade for takeaway, but when we got home and opened the container, it was completely different from what we originally ordered again. Overall, the service was poor, the communication was lacking, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
The food was just okay, not to our liking. We passed by the shop many times, and decided to try it today. The fried slice noodles black pepper chicken was too salty for us, and the signature braised beef noodles was a little oily and lacking of flavour. Food quantity was a lot anyway. We couldn’t finish the noodles. There is room for improvement for the flavour.
I visited the restaurant and ordered two portions with different soup bases. After waiting over 30 minutes, the meals were served separately instead of together. Prior to ordering, I had confirmed the details with a staff member to ensure accuracy; however, upon receiving the food, we discovered that both the ingredients and soup bases were incorrect. When we raised the issue, the situation was further mishandled as our table was cleared while we were still addressing the concern. We requested a refund due to the poor experience, but the staff referred to their policy and advised us to wait another hour for the meals to be prepared again. Unfortunately, even the replacement order was incorrect. After that we got tied of them and left the place. There was a clear lack of accountability and no apology offered, and the staff’s attitude appeared unprofessional and dismissive throughout. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would not consider returning. If a zero-star rating were possible, I would choose that option.
Very authentic Chinese noodles and spicy hot pot. 5 out of 5. 💯 We didn’t expect much when we randomly walked by this restaurant and decided to come in for dinner, but it turned out to be the best spicy hot pot we had in Auburn (and probably Sydney?). And the braised beef brisket noodles were also amazingly delicious: the beef was soft and flavorful, and the noodles were chewy, with hot and spicy chilli oil.
Absolutely the best soup restraunt I have ever dined in great price great variety so delicious! Had the Chicken Soup mix with seafood ! Amazing and a StirFry !
