Golden Dynasty is a relatively new place to eat yum cha. It is located at the back of The Stardust Hotel but is only accessible from the end of the driveway, towards the parking lot. When I arrived, many people, including myself went to the pub area first looking for it. The food was great! Everything we ate was so delicious. The dumplings were plump and juicy. I liked that they had some chew and texture to them. The pastry on each of the steamed dumplings was slippery smooth. The fried items were crisp and drained well so they weren't oily. Everything was nice and hot. We ate a lot but the price was very affordable. Services was excellent. It was very efficient, courteous, attentive and helpful. Staff were all working hard. The dining area wasn't very big and on the occasion we went, it was very busy and a line was formed out the front of the restaurant. It was popular for family catch ups.

Absolutely loved this New Yum Cha place. It's clean, and sophisticated. Still has the old charm of carts as well. I thought I'd give it a go as it came up in my Instagram page. Food comes out hot, and most of the dishes has 4 not three serves! Sui Mai was awesome, so much filling and plump, & juicy! I'll definitely be back. However it is more pricier -our family go too was Vinh Phat (however it's gone down a bit, it's cheaper but smaller serves) However today's bill came to $120 for two of us, but I took home leftovers to eat the next am. Better suited for big groups as well. The ladies were very friendly and helpful.

“I had a really great experience at this yumcha place today. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried tasted amazing, especially the dim sum n mango puding I really like it. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The service was also excellent. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive, and polite. I especially want to compliment one of the aunties working there — she was incredibly kind, warm, and always smiling. Her friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Also, I would like to sincerely apologize for taking a photo of the aunty without asking first. I truly meant no disrespect — I just wanted to capture the memory because she was so lovely and welcoming. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty yumcha and wonderful service!”

My review is based solely on price. The dumplings were good but nothing special; the pink and green dumplings were unnecessary and purely food dyed for aesthetics. The restaurant was clean and elegant but there were only three other tables being served on a Wednesday morning. The workers were friendly and eager to serve. There were trolleys with food but the workers were hesitant to give me a menu as the boss didn't want customers to order from the menu (overheard in Cantonese). However, the pricing was significantly steep, especially in comparison to other Yum Cha in Cabramatta. We got 10 plates and were charged $136. They charge you for tea and chilli sauce! We won't be returning for these prices.

Cabramatta has a new competitor for Yum Cha. Certainly very promising and the others should take note. Had the traditional Yum Cha dishes, cannot fault them at all. Very fortunate to have great people serving. Multi-multi lingual and most of all, attentive and switched on. My appreciation and gratitude for a wonderful ANZAC 2026 lunch. PS: No public holiday surcharge 🙏
