I’ve been to this Hong Kong-style café many times, and it never disappoints. The food is very authentic, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. Their toast is a must-try—it’s absolutely delicious and one of the best items on the menu. Highly recommended!

The food was very good, especially the authentic Hong Kong ethnic dishes, which were full of flavor and well prepared. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, with staff being inattentive and not very welcoming. If you come for the food, it's worth a visit, but don't expect much in terms of service.

Just a few minutes walk from China town station. The decoration was traditional HK styled Cafe. Ordered Singapore Style Fried Vermicelli and Stir-fried Soy Sauce Beef with rice noodle. The taste of Singapore Style Fried Vermicelli was not up to Cafe in HK standard compared with eating in HK, and there was 3 shrimps only which was very disappointing. For Stir-fried Soy Sauce Beef with rice noodle, the beef was not tender and the texture of the rice noodle was strange which was not similar in HK.

Located conveniently in Chinatown, Kowloon Cafe is easily accessible by bus, trains and light rail with a short walk. This place has been around for a while over the years and I have been here a few times. Here is an account of my recent dining experience: - Food is ok but nothing to shout about. The french toast although is of thick toast, it is unfortunate the egg coating is so light that it felt mostly like eating white bread. The accompanying maple syrup tasted more like golden syrup and did not have any fragrance. Furthermore the layer of peanut butter was so thinly spread, it was almost non-existent for the volume of bread. The beef brisket noodles also was ordinary. The meat wasn't sufficiently tender. It was also quite fatty. - Water is self service but they can run out of cups. They dont have enough cups when it is a full house. - The service is also ordinary. Orders are placed via QR code but payment can be made at the counter. - I do like the decor and it felt pretty quintessential Hong Kong. Love the variety of seating types like booths and individual tables. - They accept both cash and card. As the food is quite ordinary for me and especially when there are a number of Hong Kong style cafes, it may be a while before I may consider coming again.
