A vibrant taste of Xinjiang! The cumin-spiced lamb skewers were perfectly charred and juicy. The hand-pulled noodles in the Big Plate Chicken were a chewy, flavorful delight. Warm service, generous portions, and authentic, bold spices make this restaurant a standout. An unforgettable culinary adventure. Will definitely return!

I visited this tucked away restaurant towards the outskirts of Burwood Road for dinner with their XinJiang Spicy Noodle and Lamb Skewers. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing for dinner Their food is also genuinely Xinjiang and can be tasted in both plates. Big servings and hearty. They also have a unique selection of xinjiang style foods that is hard to find around Sydney. Prices are also very reasonable and their staff are friendly enough.

We had lunch and ordered some dishes like BBQ lamb skewers, shallot pancake, stir-fried eggplant, stir-fried chives and egg, egg fried rice and the best dish of the session, i.e. the stir-fried Xinjiang lamb noodle. All dishes are average to good, but they're all have good value considering taste, portion and prices. Customer services from staff members are quite good and efficient. The place is quite small, but has reasonable ambience for casual restaurant in suburb like Burwood. You can pay with all credit cards and pay additional 1.5% surcharge.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Sydney, especially for the lamb skewers. Whenever I come to Burwood, I make sure to stop by. Highly recommend it! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜„
