I dined at Lewis kitchen last week and it was truly outstanding. The decor was cozy and inviting. I ordered the Satay beef ，The meat was tender and juicy, with a rich flavor. The service was top - notch; the staff were friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable considering the quality. I'll definitely be back!

Food is absolutely delicious 10/10 Our only complaint was the wait time. Ordered 6 meals at 5.30pm, was told the wait time was 45 mins, walked in to restaurant 45-50 mins after ordering and after 10 mins we enquired how much longer and the young lady said another 15 mins. By this time there was quite a few frustrated people waiting for their orders and being told the same thing, 15 more mins. Our order was finally ready at 7.10pm. Need to be more honest with the waiting time when people call.

We ordered on uber eats and waited 2 hours for our food so we called to seek an update. We were told our food would be another 20 minutes as the kitchen had pushed back delivery orders to accommodate for walk in / reserved tables. When we asked them to cancel the order from their end they said we’d have to go through uber (who said we’d be charged the full amount because the restaurant had already prepared our food - which they hadn’t!) , so we asked for a cash refund and they said no, even though the food had not been prepared. We also asked to speak to the manager directly and he refused. So disappointed in this as we are repeat customers and have never had this experience before. This is totally unacceptable as they should accommodate orders in order of placement.

My family and I have been eating at Lewis kitchen for five years. It has been the most delightful five years with the meals getting somehow nicer and better each time. We’re so appreciative of the way you treat us and your customers, really grateful.

Have ordered from here a few times now and the food is always consistently good, well priced with fast service.
