I really liked the experience that I went there 2 times in a week. They are so much cleaner than most of their competitors. Their choices of ingredients are massive and literally makes you excited. They also serve fast. Their choices are broth and soup are really broad and include vegetarian option. What stopped me from giving 5 stars, is: 1- They have a very small sauce and condiments table at the pick up, where you can get only 3 sauces (garlic, chili oil, peanut) and around 5 condiments (coriander, green onion, peanuts, etc.) to choose from. 2- The dining area is packed with tables and chairs as they get really busy and have to fit in more desks. I recommend them if you are around the area, and I wish the owners read the comments from all the reviews and take them into account.

Decided to come to try Chungking Malatang @ Macquarie Center for the first time. I tried the coconut broth. The food came out delicious! cooked straight away. Service was quick and efficient.

Fresh ingredients, flavourful broth, and plenty of options to choose from. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the service was quick. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying bowl of malatang!

One of our favourite malatang restaurant, selection of food is great and feel very fresh, broth is on the light side not as salty as other places. Negative would be unable to add our own sauce ourselves and the spicy broth is too light. Limited seating can be tough during busy hours.
