This place is amazing. The place is well lit, the food tasted great (The Japanese style beef was so good), and the service was kind. It was flawless in design, presentation and taste. Would definitely recommend, but book early as it quickly gets full! 😋😋😋 10/10
A standard yum cha, decent prices and generous serving sizes. We went at around 11:30 on a Saturday, and there was no line to get in, although there was a decent amount of people inside. Some of the food was a little disappointing, particularly the BBQ pork bun (generally my favourite) which was lacking flavour and very bready. The prawn dumplings were okay but not great. The chickens feet were quite good, as were the beef ball we got. We were sat next to the window, and were away from the thoroughfare of carts carrying the food, which meant that we often watched food go past that wasn’t offered to us if we could get their attention. I probably wouldn’t go here again, as there are other yum cha places that I prefer in Sydney.
Like any other Chinese restaurant there is chaos and lots of noise but somehow the staff keep the food coming. We had a banquet for lunar new year and it was delicious and filling. Lots of food, good value for money.
Tried the lunch yumcha. The dishes were all pretty ok. The fish porridge was soothing. I did not like the beef tendon. Overly oily, texture is highly inconsistent. Dining hall feels great, not noisy.
I was a bit disappointed because I ordered crab, it came missing out the pieces near the small leg part, it’s my favourite part of the crab that’s why I have noticed. The service was great, waiters and waitress did excellent service, I just hope this will not happen in the future.
