First time trying Sea Bay Hand-Made Noodle and we were really impressed. The handmade noodles had a great chewy texture and the flavours in all the dishes were very good. The pan fried dumplings were crispy on the bottom with juicy filling and were one of our favourite dishes. The salt and pepper pork was addictive, and the beef fried rice had plenty of wok hei flavour. Also liked that they had a free self serve drink station and unlimited extra noodles. Everything we ordered was delicious. This is definitely a place we would come back to.

The braised beef handmade noodles were absolutely fantastic! Rich, flavourful broth with tender beef that melts in your mouth, and the handmade noodles had the perfect chewy texture! πŸ€©πŸ‘ Everything tasted fresh and comforting. Honestly the perfect dish for this cold weather. Warm, hearty, and so satisfying. Will definitely be coming back for another bowl! πŸ’―

This little shop is seriously underrated and deserves way more attention. My husband and I have tried quite a few beef noodle and Lanzhou lamian places around Sydney, and this one easily stands out as our favourite so far. I ordered the hot and sour soup noodles and they were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, well-balanced, and packed with flavour β€” just the right level of sourness with a comforting spicy kick. The noodles had a great texture. My husband’s beef noodle soup was equally impressive, with tender beef and a deep, satisfying broth. The service also deserves a mention. The lady at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only small downside is that the dining area is long and narrow, so it can feel a bit tight during busy times. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to the quality of the food. Overall, this place is a hidden gem and we’ll definitely be coming back again.

We stopped by for dinner once and have come here 3-4 times a month at least. The food here is amazing, cheap and the noodles and dumplings are clearly hand made with care. There are only a couple servers at a time and they handle everything so smoothly. It's honestly become the place we go to for our comfort food!

The food here is very tasty and tangy. They also have very good service as for some noodles you can get free add ons. Plus, you can get free plum juice and ice tea. The staff is really friendly and I'm sure you will like this noodle store. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‰πŸ₯‡πŸ‘
