Amazing food, terrible service. So authentic. If you want the authentic Chinese experience is it. The coral trap is amazing, also amazingly large. The roast goose is awesome. The atmosphere is better then in Eastwood, well the service is probably worse.

The yumcha food was okay, some dishes were decent but others didn't hit the mark. Some of the pancakes and meat ball was good but the siu mainly was definitely lower quality. The fried dishes were not consistent and you could tell that the quality differed between tables. Overall, pretty average but there are some good things. The goose is pretty mediocre but there are lots of good reviews about it so I probably just have higher standards as I've had good roast duck and goose in the past. In terms of service, there was only 1 lady (who worked the cash register) that smiled and gave good service - none of the other servers were interested at all.

A friend recommended Shunde Taste, so we went to give it a try, but overall it was quite disappointing. We ordered the signature Shunde-style stewed chicken, but the flavour was quite average. The salt and pepper squid was the standout dish. We asked for Worcestershire sauce to go with it, but they didn’t seem to have it—although the staff were polite and tried to help, they brought the wrong sauce a couple of times. The sweet and sour pork wasn’t good, and the roast goose lacked aroma. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations

Went here with a very large group, so it was understandable that the staff were under the pump, but we really didn’t appreciate the service from the wait staff. We had issues getting the karaoke machine working and didn’t get much help. It actually felt like they became more annoyed with us the longer they couldn’t fix it, which made the experience pretty terrible. Food was decent overall, but definitely on the expensive side for what it was.

Solid yum cha, about average for Sydney - 3.5 stars. Pork coriander dumplings dry and bland. No yum cha size vegetables dish! First time I've seen yum cha without Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. $30 for large vegetable dish - what?! They have split pork ribs and chicken feet, which is nice. But the pork ribs have barely any taro! Roast goose was well done without being dry and beef tripe was cooked to tenderness. Reasonably priced.
