This is a testimonial from a Chongqing native: delicious! Just as fragrant as what I've had in Chongqing. The Chongqing noodles are both numbing and flavorful, and the noodles are freshly made by machine. Very satisfying. Affordable prices, clean and fresh, and the owner is very easy to communicate with, helping us get our food promptly. I'll definitely come back!
The mixed noodles were very authentic, and the spicy flavor was absolutely amazing. It was really delicious. You could tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making it.
Certified by a Chongqing local, this is incredibly fragrant and authentic. The pea and minced meat noodles are reminiscent of the popular Pang Ma's in Daping, very delicious. The half-tendon, half-meat noodles are huge chunks. I usually prefer thin noodles and leek leaves, but the thick noodles in this beef noodle soup have a wonderful wheat flavor, and the spiciness is just right. So fragrant! A must-try for Sichuan and Chongqing locals!
