It’s a classic and authentic Chinese dumpling factory with some tables and seats. I can accept that dinning experience but not everyone will. The steamed dumplings (I ordered the pork-egg-prawn) are generous in size and stuffing. They also have a bit of soup in it. There’s a small chunk of ginger in it which I like. For about 16 bucks AUD, it’s good for a solo diner like me. Just don’t expect a delicate xiao long bao. It’s a delicious, honest dumpling to fill you up. Oh and during peak periods be prepared to wait up to an hour especially if you have a huge order. I was happy to wait.

Most authentic Tianjin jianbing I've had in Sydney (chinese egg pancake). I've been missing it since having it in Shanghai every morning for breakfast. The staff were very nice to me and made my order immediately. I was surprised to see the poor service reviews because tbh all 3 staff I interacted with were nice, with even the pancake lady offering to cut it in half after seeing that I was with my partner. It was nostalgic to see the pancakes and dumplings being made on the spot to order. If it's your first time ordering the pancake, I would recommend choosing the Traditional +sausage, and yes to spring onion and chilli. We went during the late evening, so there were no crowds.

The dumplings, buns and soup are really good, It’s a shame they have the worst order system and work flow in the world. Order comes out so late! It seems like they are prioritising online orders compared to in-store orders. Staff also speaks little english and may come to be rude at times. If you have the whole day to waste, come to this shop! Good Food, Worst Service!

Tried the wonton soup and egg pancake here for a quick meal. The wontons were soft and the soup was simple but comforting. I also liked the egg pancake because it was crispy and flavorful without being too oily. The food did take a little while to come out, but the meal was still enjoyable overall.

For $40 you get a set of gyoze, meat buns, and egg pancake. Very tasty especially the gyoze (pork egg prawn). We had to wait around 30 minutes but it was a busy Sunday evening so understandable. They cook everything right in front of you, so it’s very fresh. Staff were nice and pleasant.
