Was surprised to find Yangs dumplings in Sydney after trying them in Shanghai. They are the same style of pan fried soup dumplings that you’ll find in Shanghai and are delicious. Great place for a snack
Placed an online order and was very disappointed. Hardly any filling in the vegetarian dumplings and not much flavour either. The filling was lacking fragrance as there was no mushrooms, or leafy greens, just glass noodles and very small bits of under seasoned gluten. Dough was reasonably chewy and a nice texture, it was ok to eat when combined with the cucumber salad. Not sure I would order again
We tried this place for first time on Friday and 2 days later we are back bc my daughter love it. So fresh and tasty. You can see the Dumplings made by 2aunties at the front of the store.
We loved Yang’s Dumplings in Shanghai, so of course we had to try it in Sydney and it did not disappoint. We got the pan-fried pork buns, their iconic item, and they were just as good here 🥟
This is the second time I visited this place and and we all loved it! Food was amazing as always💜
