Brought my little brother for the steak night and theatric cocktails. Food was excellent and great value. Drinks dramatic and tasty too, even the mocktails. The bombe alaska dessert was the highlight of the night. Service from Jamie and Kailee was great!

friends birthday dinner booked out a room very ambient and vibey. the croquettes was very good, the main and dessert was pretty normal. service was very friendly and everyone was super helpful. we had a lovely time celebrating, also in the room you could control the speakers which was pretty neat.

Went for a walk after visiting Vicki Lee Gallery near by and came across the Roosevelt, which has been on my list for a while. What a great bar! Lucky, we were there in time for “tippling time”. From open till 6:30. $12 selected cocktails, $2 oysters.. how can you go wrong? Bit of theater 🎭 with the cocktails and a warm friendly service. Definitely a place to visit when in the area. I will be back when I have more time. Perfect place to kick on after a long Lunch.

First impression was amazing. Then 20 minutes passed and it started to change. The live music create a beautiful atmosphere and the cocktail menu is divine. However, we ordered the Wednesday mussels & fries and was utterly disappointed. It was so so salty, some overcooked, some undercooked, not washed, cracked shell. The sauce was misleading as the menu has commas giving me the impression of the mussels sitting in a garlic broth instead of a tomato sauce… I would’ve sent it back but unfortunately no one stopped to ask. I found the staff friendly enough, but watching the bartender skull back drinks behind the bar instead of loading a dishwasher with the several dirty glasses on the bar side left a bad taste. I recommend going just for drinks, as there is a flavour for everyone - the cocktails are very old fashioned and very strong so be aware you’ll be getting straight spirits with sugar so a hangover sign up even after 2 - I’d say that’s good value 😉! Very cool atmosphere, you do feel like you’re stepping through a time portal.

Wow! This place takes food/atmosphere to a whole another level. Everything we ordered was 10 out of 10. I ordered a grey goose martini and they served it in a glass chilled with liquid nitrogen so it was as cold as possible. The only downside to this place is that I didn’t find out about it SOONER!!!
