Amazing desserts done here. Good pricing for portioning. The desserts will definitely get you full here. 4/5 overall for food because some desserts do taste pre-made , this excludes the ice cream, crepes, pancakes and waffles as they are definitely the highlight of the place. Atmosphere is rated low mostly because of the music . It needs to be turned down a bit so people can hear each other. Besides that the seating and aesthetic of the place is very good.

A dessert lover’s dream! As someone with a serious sweet tooth and a big appetite, this place was absolute paradise. It genuinely knocked my socks off. Finally, a venue that gets dessert portions right! It’s open late, which is a huge bonus if you’re out in Sydney and have just finished an event or show. I loved every bite, and I was honestly stunned that I couldn’t finish it all—I even took my Dubai cheesecake home. A must-visit for all dessert lovers ❤️

Popped in for desserts after a dinner out in Parramatta. We ordered the tiramisu, chocolate mud cake and the kanefa french toast (pictured here). All three desserts were pretty good, but nothing to write home about. I felt some of the items were overkill, like adding a side of chocolate sauce to the tiramisu dessert and the mud cake was delicious, but lacked crushed cookie crumbs which give it the name "mud cake". The kanefa french toast was an intriguing experience, I'd recommend that. Overall, it's a good find if you haven't already had dinner, but a bit extra for an after dinner spot.

The staff could be friendlier. Doesn’t offer tap water. But the food is amazing. The caramel cheesecake i ordered could easily be shared by 2-3 people.

Bay Vista Parramatta – Absolutely Terrible Experience I came here with my family and kids and honestly regret every dollar spent. First of all, the menu is ridiculously complex for no reason. This isn’t fine dining—desserts and café food should be simple and straightforward, not a confusing novel that takes forever to read, especially when you have kids sitting there hungry and restless. Then it somehow got worse. I asked to change one scoop of vanilla ice cream to chocolate. Same size. Same concept. I was told it would be extra. When I asked how that makes sense, the waiter actually said “chocolate is more expensive.” Are you serious? Charging extra for a basic flavour swap is pure greed. After already being ripped nearly $100 for basic desserts, I asked for tap water. The response? “Sorry, we don’t have tap water.” Get a grip. You’re now trying to make money on water too? This place is definitely not kid-friendly, not family-friendly, and not customer-friendly. Everything feels like a cash grab with zero care for the experience. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or anyone who expects basic hospitality and common sense.
