Dropped in to Koi on the weekend to grab a few desserts for dinner and was surprised at the size of the cafe. Not the cafe itself, but the kitchen was quite large, with the windows where you could see the cakes being made even on a Sunday. The team was quite busy. All the little cakes look delicious, and we wanted to buy a lot, but it is fairly expensive. I think the small individual cakes were $19, and the ones you could actually cut and share were around the $38 mark, but probably worth it. It's not a daily occurrence, but for once in a while it's definitely worth the trip. We also had a couple of drinks. The sesame cloud was an unusual drink with black sesame, which I would definitely go back for. If you are looking for a special dessert for a special event, this is a must, but for your regular case and coffee, probably a miss. Unless you're loaded .💰 The bonus for us is that most of the cakes were gluten-free, and having two celiacs in the family, it certainly helps.
A wonderful dessert bar, with unique treats. I've been here twice now, and each time my friend and I have gotten 2 different desserts to share 🤤 The really popular desserts sell out early on, but what's left in the evenings are still amazing (and Insta-worthy). Both visits have been pretty chill, even though the first time, we had to sit outside because it was full inside! Great, friendly staff as well. I've also been fortunate both times to get a park directly out the front 😎
Absolutely superb! Incredible delicious! Quite a few gluten-free options as well. Back of the public area. There's a big glass wall and you can see the kitchen stuff doing everything particularly precision and super clean. So when they say gluten-free I'm sure it's really gluten free I didn't ask but I don't think there's any low calorie things 😸
Unique desserts and all impressed. We didn’t find any too sweet or overpowering, it was really nice to get a few pieces to share. They offer a good range of drinks and have seats available. We ordered some drinks and enjoyed our desserts there + took a few home for friends and they loved it too!
Had a pleasant experience at KOI Dessert Kitchen. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted fresh, especially the signature bubble tea and cake slices. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was modern and comfortable, although it can get quite busy during peak hours so a short wait is expected. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a sweet treat and worth visiting if you’re in the area looking for quality desserts and drinks.
