Me and my partner wanted to go to max Brenner for desert tonight Ordered a fondue and a large brownie milkshake Got the fondue and it was very poor quality with how much we received on the plate with how much I actually paid for it, mind you we also waited 20 minutes for the milkshake Even when the store wasn’t busy and the candle wasn’t even lit and chocolate wasn’t even warm enough Quite frankly disappointing and won’t be going back
I’ve rarely been this dissatisfied and disappointed with an eating out experience in my life. We ordered ice cream, waffles, a little chocolate cake and strawberries, which cost us close to 80$ If it was a nice experience it might have been justified, however the fact that we saw store bought pancakes sitting open on the counter was concerning before we received our food. The chocolate cake wasn’t bad, it was warmed up at least. The ice cream was nothing special, the waffles tasted store bought and stale and the staff didn’t even bother to warm them up. Really dissatisfied and definitely not coming back to Max Brenner again!
Delicious Biscoff cheese cake and yummy hot chocolate. Great service too. Would definitely come back!
Lovely place and great food. The ambience is just great. Would love to visit again sometime soon. The outdoor is the best specially in the evenings. Short walk from the parking that’s a bonus. I loved anything with chocolate here. The caramel with waffles were great. Online ordering made it simpler. And staff were good.
The lady at the counter that rudely served me tonight needs a reality check. Fat shamed me for my order and did not want to clarify my questions regarding the menu. Had way too much attitude for someone with no eyebrows. Essentially rolled her eyes at me and had the worst customer service ever. There was also dirt in my cup next to the free water. Narellan store needs to do better and possibly re-train specifically the middle aged woman with the septum piercing.
