I visited for the first time and was impressed by how fresh everything was! The signature soup stood out—rich, warm, and packed with ingredients, it was full of flavor and super satisfying. The rice was hearty and filling, while the fried prawn dumplings were crispy and delicious. Overall, a great dinner experience, and I’m definitely coming back!
the auntie who might be the owner was so friendly. she couldnt speak english well, but she's very welcome to me. I used uber dine out promo but the service & portion still the best. Tried their braised beef noodles & dumpling. taste good especially the dumpling. soft skin & tender beef + fresh prawn inside. would come back for the dumpling.
I ordered the braised beef noodle soup. Very wholesome and tasty savoury dish with sour notes. Comparative to my Aunty's Handmade noodles in flavour and competitively priced. Personal preference would be to have the option of more al dente noodles and for the intensity of the flavours to be dialed up a bit. Also the addition of coriander would elevate the flavours but again that's a personal preference. Otherwise would definitely eat here again and gladly recommend.

The hotpot is loaded with delicious goodness like tripe, sliced beef, tofu skin, and more. Plus, the portion sizes are super generous – definitely enough to share between two or three people! Now, let’s talk about those pan-fried pork and prawn dumplings. They’re packed with juicy pork and big prawns, and that crispy golden bottom? Chef’s kiss. This place is a must-visit if you’re in Burwood and craving something hearty and flavorful. Totally worth checking out!
Not bad, first time trying qiaojiao beef. Love the guotie, very fresh, with big prawn. The tender beef in the beef hot pot was delicious. But unfortunately, today they have no serving plates and utensils, so that we could only use plastic take away boxes to eat :(
