Terrible services. 1. Has been told the waiting time is 10 minutes, but ending up waiting almost 30 minutes. 2. Asked the staff for our food while waiting. They said it would be ready in 2 minutes but then served the wrong food. 3. We picked up our order after they served our take away food the second time and returned home. The food they gave were not what we ordered. We ordered pan fried pork and corn dumplings but there are shrimps. The boiled dumplings are all broken… Generally terrible experience
I’ve tried the pork & garlic chive pan fry dumplings and they were really good. The dumplings were fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. The customer service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu.
The dumplings are fresh, and you can see them being made by hand through the front window. The staff are friendly and provide great service. I’m really happy that Top Ryde has a dumpling shop like this. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Quite disappointing as so many issues. They have a window so you can watch your dumplings being made. Great premise, however clearly made visible the food safety violations. The chef had long hair, not tied back and down well beyond her shoulders. The chefs swapped around between performing other tasks and no handwashing was observed. The wait time was long, which would be ok for fresh and tasty dumplings. However, the end result was overly thick casings which split due to poor formation, meaning the inside of the dumplings were watery. The flavour was nothing that I would return for. While the customer service was pleasant and friendly, it certainly was not enough to warrant a return visit. A real shame as Top Ryde would really benefit from a good dumpling place.
