Fat Jaks is a solid burger spot that largely lives up to its brand and reputation. I tried the classic American Fat Jak beef burger meal, and overall it delivered a decent, satisfying experience. The burger itself matched the style you’d expect from the menu—big, indulgent, and well put together. The chips were also good, well-seasoned and enjoyable as a side. The ambience and vibe of the place add to the experience and make it a comfortable spot to dine in. That said, at around $30 for the meal, it felt a bit on the expensive side compared to similar options I’ve had elsewhere, such as Grill’d, which slightly affected the overall value for me. I can understand the hype based on the menu variety and presentation, though. Overall, a good experience, and I’d be open to trying other items on the menu that look appealing.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an incredible experience at Fat Jak’s , this place seriously delivers on every level. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The food was absolutely outstanding , fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite hit the spot, and the portions were generous. You can tell they don’t compromise on quality here. What truly made the experience even better was the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to see that level of service these days. Overall, an easy 5 stars. Great food, great vibes, and top-tier service. Highly recommend , definitely coming back again!
Very disappointing. The loaded fries barely any beef brisket.The burger looked messy, the patty was dry, and the mushrooms and onions completely overpowered it. No seasoning on chips. Overall, the food lacked flavour, presentation, and value for money.
Fat Jaks opened when we were dieting for our wedding so we had it saved as a post-wedding treat for months and finally got to visit tonight. Not only was the food super fresh but the staff were also SO friendly and even gave us an extra Oreo shake to congratulate us! 🥹 Glad we finally got to try their burgers and we recommend trying their biscoff donuts too… 🤤
The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. The atmosphere was great, and the service from the staff was exceptional. I would 100% recommend coming here for a proper feed. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the brisket loaded fries and the fried chicken burger, just to sample a bit of everything. The portion sizes were very generous, and everything was cooked fresh. The food arrived hot and crispy, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough — the staff were genuinely kind and incredibly helpful.
