I ordered a kids meal from Fishbowl Cronulla today and specifically chose the salmon sashimi option. Unfortunately, when I got home, the meal only contained carrot, cucumber, and brown rice – there was no protein included at all. This ended up being a very expensive kids meal for what was essentially just rice and vegetables, which was really disappointing. What made the experience more frustrating was that there’s no easy way to contact the store directly to resolve the issue or request a reimbursement. A simple mistake like this could have been quickly fixed with accessible customer service. Overall, quite disappointed with both the order accuracy and lack of support.

Came in on the public holiday last week, late afternoon and it was busy! Only two staff members on and those girls did awesome. Our food was delicious, we didn’t have to wait too long - definitely a stressful time for the team given how busy it was but they were polite and professional and did a great job ☺️

I legit eat here at least 5 times week sometimes more hahaha I make my own bowl up because I love the build your own but they loads to pick from. Cronulla fish bowl is great location to eat in too and look out at the ocean. Love these bowls so much.

I begin with how much we love fishbowl and we have it multiple time a week , but recently the stuff at Cornulla store have been less than welcoming and quite frankly rude and abrasive which. Is disheartening to say the least especially when you look forward to have a great meal but the stuff ruin the experience.

We had a table of 6 last night and everyone was very impressed with their meals. The salmon was cooked perfectly and all the flavours were great. I'd definitely come back here for the healthy and delicious bowls. I recommend the OG with sashimi and extra cooked salmon on top! We had 2 fussy adult eaters with us and they both loved their bowl. Went back a 2nd time and it was just as delicious as the first!
