I had heard so much about Flip Burgers in Auburn, so I finally decided to give it a try and honestly, it did not disappoint. We tried both the beef and chicken burgers, and they were absolutely spot on. The beef was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly but it is small. The chicken was just as impressive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were on another level crispy, well-seasoned, and seriously addictive. What made the experience even better was the outdoor seating. Sitting outside while it was raining gave such a cozy and unique vibe that you don’t get everywhere. Brand colors is impressive 👍 Limited parking available ✅ Halal Meat certified 🥩

I tried the spicy burger, but unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the taste at all. The combination and ratio of ingredients felt completely off to me. However, the customer service was good, which I appreciated.

This is the home of PERFECT burgers! Everything comes pipping hot and fresh, and all cooked to perfection. Vidya is very hospitable, friendly and helped us through ordering. 10/10 well done Flipp burgers and definetely would come back!

one of the richest and most satisfying I’ve had… Loaded with Biscoff and pistachio, super generous portions, consistently great quality, and the staff are always so friendly. Love this place !

I walked in at 14:38 today. The music was blaring so loud I thought i was in a nightclub. I asked the young man at the counter how long it would take to cook my order. He said frying the chicken takes only 3 mins. I said I was early and that the food was for my daughter who’s at school and finishes at 3pm and to NOT start the order until another ten mins. I repeated this instruction 3 times because he had the lights on but nobodies home look on his face. I tapped my card and paid for my chicken schnitzel burger in a large meal with the fries substituted for sweet potato fries and mayo on the side. I grabbed my receipt and took a seat outside. At 14:56 I walked back in and he asked me if he should start my order. 🤦🏻‍♀️ UNBELIEVABLE ! I then repeated myself again and I said I specifically asked you to start my order in ten minutes. This kid needs to get his head out of the clouds and FOCUS on the ONLY customer in the store and not the music his pumping. If NSW Police drove past they would’ve wrote out an infringement for Noise Pollution! And to top it off I paid $0.34 cents for the inconvenience. I tapped and was charged $22.74 and was refunded $22.40 in cash. Honestly how hard is it to get a simple order correct or even process a refund correctly? Have a look at the recent google reviews (I should’ve checked earlier to avoid this wonderful experience *sarcasm*) Stay away. Go feed yourself elsewhere.
