I had such an amazing experience at Hungry Jack's! The Whopper was honestly the best I’ve ever had — perfectly fresh, incredibly tasty, and so juicy with every bite. The flame-grilled beef patty was cooked just right, the salad was crisp and fresh, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into making it. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, especially the staff who is absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile. I really appreciate how they come out to check on my order and make sure I’m enjoying my meal, which makes the whole experience feel personal and special. Every visit is consistently great, and I always leave impressed and satisfied!

Soooo slow I’m in the drive thru it’s not moving brooo it’s been like 10mins get me outtttr!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god there’s two cars in front of me just park them dawg I know ball I used to work at hungry jacks broooo get it movingggg!!!!!!! What are we waiting for!!!!!!!!! #help

I ordered on uber eats a cowboy Angus meal and they gave me a completely different burger that I didn’t order, that looks like it was bitten into and also was not fully cooked. So I am left hungry after waiting so long for the food and I can’t even eat what I was given because the quality is that bad and I am pregnant. Reconsider your workers that worked this night because if they do not like to work at these times or at all they should not be working. We spend money and time on at least expecting the food to be what we ordered let alone COOKED. Absolutely disgusted.

I had a really disappointing experience at Hungry Jack’s Gregory Hills around two days ago near 6pm. The burger quality was extremely poor the bun was stale, the lettuce was saggy , and it looked like it had been thrown together with little to no care. Overall, it didn’t taste fresh at all and was far below what you’d expect. The condition of the restaurant made things even worse. The tables were dirty, there was rubbish left around, and the whole place felt unclean and poorly maintained. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy the meal. While I was waiting for my order, I could also see part of the burger preparation station, and it looked quite unsanitary and messy. Seeing that definitely didn’t inspire confidence in the food being served. Overall, this experience was well below standard. Definitely not worth it I wouldn’t recommend this location. I would rather eat hot garbage juice. The chum bucket look more appealing than this slop unfortunately.

Waited for over 25 mins instore apps after me were getting their food . They made the drinks they sat there for 12 mins defrosting. And then I get home and my whopper is a blob of mayo one tomato one pickle no other sauces it’s a joke waited this long for a piece of meat with bread and nothing really it on it They need to hire more people for the lunch rush
