I get your a fast food restaurant but there’s no reason rush me to order just send me to car park for 10 minutes. And the packer could at least tried to aimed to place the chips nicely instead of all over the bag. Honestly not the best service I’m suppose to feel welcomed instead of rushed like they don’t want to pack my order or something. Lucky the guy taking out my order was nice.overall fix your attitudes.
I ordered a rebel whopper and I asked them for a fresh hot burger ,but still came out like a microwaved one. Even the sides were crap. I dont know what is wrong with the meal quality now a days. All you want is a nice meal so you dont have to cook home late at night. I know hospitality industry is not easy but the customer is not expecting 10/10 quality from hungry jacks. I would say the burger quality has to be reasonable. I am not looking for a free burger or a hungry jacks glass but I really want the hungry jacks to improve their meal quality. Chance was given again but this time onion rings only. Please have a look at the onion rings.
The picture and the burger when we received is so different. The tiniest bit of coleslaw. The burgers weren’t wrapped properly. Had to wait so long when it only had 1 more customer. All staff were wondering around and chatting instead of doing their job. Also bought bacon deluxe which is supposed to have 2 meat patties but only had 1. Even 1 star is too much I would give them 0.
Where's the angry onions? Came here two weeks ago and I get two chewy onion rings on the angry whopper instead of what is ADVERTISED. No big deal, didn't bother too much with it, but the same thing happened today except I PAID EXTRA FOR MORE ANGRY ONIONS. Did no one think to tell me that you have apparently stopped bothering to make/order them in anymore? Funny thing is I still only got two bloody onion rings. Absolutely scummy. If your managers aren't bothering to do their jobs properly and order in everything you are advertising on the menu, then maybe TELL THE CUSTOMERS before you take their money!
Hair in my burger and chips. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from there! Zero regards for health and safety as I found 2 hairs in my food!!! This place is a joke.
