This was the state of my grilled chicken burger. Where are your standards?! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Took one bite and it was like a brick. Spat it out and tried to rip it apart, that was hard work in itself. Couldn't go back and complain as I had two sick kids with me.

Terrible experience. The girl on drive-through was very rude - 'anything else?', 'anything else?', without even giving me time to respond. Here is the disgusting part - my family got a fair distance away before opening the paper bag, only to find fresh chewing gum stuck to the ok inside of the bag. Avoid this place entirely.

Worst hungry jacks hands down! I’ll start with taking the order over speaker, the staff couldn’t hear my order very well, despite clarity & volume on my end. She was clearly getting frustrated at me and I could hear the annoyance in her voice when she kept asking me to repeat it.. whatever, I’m thinking maybe she’s having a bad morning, she tells me to “drive to the last window”… For context, every time I come here, the serving window changes -which would be fine if the staff knew what window as well? First means last, last means first & sometimes last means last & first means first. Really depends what day you go to HJ’s Narellan because staff get ‘first’ and ‘last’ mixed up and they themselves don’t even know what damn window is which!? It’s 2 windows, how hard is it to count to 2, number them if you can’t understand what first & last is! I wouldn’t care if the staff weren’t so rude when you ask for clarification/ if you go to the incorrect window. But this has happened to me and others on multiple occasions. Today, she said “you need to reverse to the last window” (window 1) and I replied “oh sorry, last time I went to that window a staff member aggressively waved at me to go forward and rolled his eyes because I wasn’t meant to go there?” tell me why this girl slammed the window shut while I was talking!? Slammed it!? Why!? And when I brought it up again at the other window, she cut me off and walked off mid sentence!? I just sat there in disbelief… This complaint is forwarded to hungry jacks head office as well. I hope the staff find jobs outside of customer service, it is not their calling.

Service was good, staff were friendly but unfortunately my order of loaded chips with gravy was rediculously small only half full and the box is tiny to begin with. For $5.95 it should be at least full.

Literally the worst place. You expect quick service from such a place. They took 40+ mins to make a single burger order. Staff keeps talking to each other instead of working
