16/4/26 - 4 stars Honestly thought this place looked pretty dingy whenever I walked by in the past. For a fast food store, the service was actually quite slow. We waited about 30-40 minutes for the food. The staff were friendly though. Share Meal Flavour: S+, 8.5/10. Surprisingly good seasoning. A bit spiced (not sure what) but mostly salted and some sugar. Sweetness did enhance things but would prefer other options too. Texture: S+, 8.5/10. Quite crispy yet tender. Some pieces better than others though. Didn't think re-fried chicken would turn out this decent. Value: S, 8/10. $32 for 12 pieces
They have 2 different photos of the wagyu burger. I asked to clarify if it has bacon numerous times and was told they're the same burger and there will be bacon on it. As the other photo does not show bacon. I got my meal and noticed it has no bacon. Went up and asked and was told they dont have bacon. I pointed to the burger in the photo which has bacon. I was told they'll talk to their manager. I told them i am not from Sydney and this it's false advertising to show a burger that they dont make. They just kept responding that they will have to talk to their manager. I got no compensation in any form. Or even a sorry.
Really good for snacking with beer 🍺 n the afternoon. The key to this take away food is fresh ingredients and fresh oil everyday, other wise it won’t taste good. Soft bone chicken was well seasoned and it’s delish! The crispy chicken skin was amazing as well.
Great tasting fried chicken. The chicken is crunchy and double fried. The salt and pepper tofu is also delicious. As they re-fry the chicken to order, you’ll have to wait approx 10-15 min depending on how busy it is. It is decently priced. Service is average as I had to wait at the counter for about five min before I was acknowledged, the three staff were busy preparing other orders and cleaning.
Just Fry used to be good but now they changed management and the new staff is horrible. PLEASE change the sweet potato fry back to how it was made before, now it’s unseasoned and bland. Also the new asian girl that was hired is so bossy 💀 I felt bad for the other staff
