After half an hour standing at the counter we still walked out without what we ordered. Came in here for a quick in between bite. It wasn’t that at all, 5 cars parked waiting for there orders, 3 groups in at the same time as us and they were also left waiting after we left. Half the order missing and we left with still the incorrect order. Only 1 staff member seemed to actually be working while 1 yelled what she wanted and the rest stood around talking and laughing. Bins overflowing and rubbish all over the floor. This is absolutely ridiculous

Everytime I’ve gotten food whether it be through the store, drive thru or uber they always disappoint. The food is either never cooked properly, is cold and hard, uneatable or missing. Not to mention the ice cream machine NEVER works there. I’ve recently gotten fries from there and some how they were burnt, hollow and I’m not exaggerating cold to touch. Tasted AWFUL. I know you have young teens or adults working there majority of the time. It’s no excuse. Either get them to do their job right or fire them and hire staff with proper training and supervision. How could you as a food chain be okay giving people old and bad food that could make them sick. Shame. Dead shame. Never again. McDonald’s do better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I visited Camden McDonald’s for a quick breakfast, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was correct and served quickly. My meal was hot and fresh—the Big Mac was perfectly assembled, and the fries were golden and crispy. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere. The drive-thru was impressively fast, even during a busy morning, which made grabbing breakfast easy and convenient. Overall, Camden McDonald’s offered a smooth, enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for future visits. Highly recommended!

There was no one at the counter to serve me for 3-5 minutes. I had to call over the barista to go get someone. There was no professionalism at all. Then received a cheeseburger not even on the bun itself. Went to return it and got it swapped but no sorry for the inconvenience. I get it. Most of the staff still go to school and get paid peanuts to work there.
