this mcdonalds in fairfield is a cracker because it is right in the heart of the area and the service is fast even when the drive thru is packed with cars. the pepole working there are legends because they actually get the order right and the food is always hot and fresh without any dramas. the shop is kept clean and there is plenty of room to sit down if you are taking the kids for a quick feed after the shops. definitely one of the better maccas around because the manager runs it properly and you are not waiting around forever like a statue. worth a stop if you want a quick burger and a coffee that actually tastes good.

I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin and a mccrispy burger by itself. I came home to find out they gave me the wrong order. I specifically said no bacon and all my burger had bacon in it. They gave me 3 bacon and egg. Really disappointed. Never going to come back to this store.

Just your typical Maccas, but the staff are always friendly and the service is good. I usually pop in early in the morning for a coffee, and it's surprisingly decent. The restaurant and loo are always clean whenever I visit in the early hours, which is a big plus.

Was out with a friend to get food. Ordered just a soft serve. Had to wait 6 minutes for it. Outrageous. Saw multiple orders fly past us. Mcsmart meals, Bundles, everything big. Worst part, while we were standing, employee had asked another customer if they got their soft serve, and didn't bother turning their heads to us a single time. We then resorted to just asking for the soft serve. Employee gave us the soft serve, and only said sorry. Horrible service. Next time, try to do every order instead of being ignorant.

Great staff clean restaurant better then other store. Parking can be hard to find due to department of housing staff using the carpark and not respecting McDonalds customers to allow to park. They won't pay for parking . Thinking they are indispensable.
