18/4 at 1315hrs...Extremely poor service today. The burgers had no sauce, only a few tiny pieces of lettuce, and the patties were dry and cold. This is very disappointing. What is happening with the ingredients? Is McDonald’s not supplying them, or is there an issue with how they’re being used here? I purchased the Shared 4 Burger Bundle, and everything was packed into one bag. Two fries were upside down, and two boxes were completely empty with the fries spilled at the bottom of the bag. I also noticed other customers returning with incorrect orders. When I reported the missing sauce and the scattered fries, the staff did not apologise or acknowledge the issue at all. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered food from this McDonald’s and part of my order was missing, including my nuggets. What made the experience even worse was the staff member’s attitude. When they handed me my drink, the lid was not put on properly and the drink spilled all over my legs. Instead of apologizing or offering assistance, the staff member showed no concern and did not even say sorry. Mistakes can happen, but customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Receiving an incomplete order is frustrating enough, but being treated with such a lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable. I expected better service and basic courtesy from the staff. I hope management addresses both the order accuracy issues and the customer service standards at this store so other customers do not have the same experience. Very poor experience. Would not recommend this location based on today’s service.

I ordered 2 ice creams and waited over 20 minutes without receiving them. A crew member came over and asked what I had ordered. I showed them my order, they acknowledged it, then simply walked back inside without giving me any update or apology. After waiting even longer with no communication, I got frustrated and left without my order. Very disappointing service.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger it initially came with zero pickles or onions, now they take the sauce of the bun, no apology or anything. Whoever is training the staff needs better training themselves.

One week ago, STAFF JUST DO NOT CARE. RUDE. I walked to the counter to order a meal instead of the screen order machine because I do not like mayonaise and ketchup on the burger. THERE ARE ONLY VERY FEW CUSTOMERS who were SITTING, abt 5 of them, PROBABLY WAITING FOR their ORDER BUT THERE WERE SO MANY STAFF INSIDE. In fact there was a young lady there just joking to another staff who was doing something laughing at each other whilst beside her was a male staff preparing coffee. They definitely saw me, then the lady beside the one making coffee asked this young lady to put the wrapped burger on the bag and she was slowly doing it laughing. And I said "excuse me" politely to get their attention but they ignored me. They just glanced and passing in front of me back and forth. It was not busy at all, no one was on queue and no one standing at screen order machine. I waited for 6 minutes or more but they were not interested to attend to me so I just left. They just do not care. DELIBERATELY IGNORED ME. Another instance was a year ago at midnight, 24 hours service, I ordered a burger but the staff said they do not cook anymore. So I just left without anything.
