I ordered the new Double Bistro Béarnaise Angus Burger, but the staff gave me a single burger instead. After taking a bite, I realized there was only one meat patty, so I went back and asked them to check it. They confirmed the mistake and added another patty, but I then had to point out that the extra slice of cheese was still missing before they added it. Unfortunately, mistakes seem to happen very often at this McDonald’s. On a previous visit, I was told my order had been “taken by someone else,” and I had to wait around 8 minutes for them to remake it. Another time, they gave my order to the wrong customer and I had to wait about 10 minutes again. This time, watching my burger being opened and handled multiple times while they tried to fix it was very frustrating. Please improve staff training and order accuracy. Based on my experiences, I won’t be returning to this location again.

This worker Andrew was the nicest most polite worker I've ever met in my whole life. So kind-hearted however the water he prepared for us was not cold enough

This Mcdonalds is hands down the greatest mcdonalds ive ever eaten quite frankly it was awesome. The cook who works on the line with the tapered hairline and curly hair i think his name is Michael Hatem (boomzy) was the best cook. The way he assembles the burgers and cooks the chicken nuggets "THESE NUGGETS AINT READY" he is so good with his hands.

The customer service is so bad! The family friendly restaurant (is not so family friendly) I ordered the BTS meal today and no friendly welcome! Plus I didn’t get my sauces that I requested for! I had to go back to the restaurant today (1st June 2021) and ask for the sauce! I said “excuse me” The girl said “what?! In a rude manner, when she looked up I didn’t look pleased at all, then she said “sorry” and handed me the 2 nugget sauces! Rude rude rude! These people need to go back to school and get educated properly! Will Never come back here again!

i ordered a mcsmart meal and waited 10 minutes for it until i went up to the counter asking for it and cooper refused to give it to me claiming that i had already had it. i have dealt with fat shaming all my life and didn’t appreciate it. I would never have 2 mcsmart meals ever and i think cooper should politely give me another one without fat shaming.
