Super friendly staff as i ordered a vegetarian burger and the manager happily did a customisation without charging me anything extra. I highly recommend this outlet

Came in when they were actually 'cleaning' the store. Could not get over how grubby the place was, just generally filthy, the only areas that were clean were the tops of tables and benches. You can tell that the mop is being used with filthy water over and over as evidenced by the caked on filth around poles and fixtures, and the mop itself looks like its been around longer than floor its used on. Tables are never cleaned properly, again evidenced by built up filth on table fixtures (pic). Without exaggeration, EVERY outdoor table was heavily stained and soiled and every chair and stool had filth over them. Food was actually really yummy, got the new Arch burger which taste like Migoreng and Big Mac had a baby, and the staff were very pleasant. Even area that didnt seem to be in use at the time, like McCafe area, were also really grubby. I wont even talk about the toilets. Unfortunately seeing the state of equipment, facilities and fixtures genuinely started to make me feel ill so we packed up our half eaten food and we left.

Went to the drive through, ordered on app. No ketchup given, no aioli one of my friends ordered nuggets and didn’t have any sauce to dip with. Double check your bag before leaving or else you’ll end up eating everything dry. The vanilla coke was undrinkable it’s like if you had 1/3 Coke and then poured sparkling water in it. Wasn’t even sweet anymore.

Every time without fail when I order online. The uber driver sits there and waits for the food for ages. When I call to ask about the food the person on duty is short and rude. I understand doing night shift is annoying but that's the job you agreed to do. So do it properly or just quit. Macas staff customer service doesn't exist anymore and their head office doesn't care enough to train their staff

Great Maccas, if you can get in through the traffic! Heaps of parking, heaps of seating both inside and out, not really meant for you to stay a long time. Expect the usual cramped toilets as clean as you would expect at any other Maccas, greasy microbial hand wash, and no towels to wipe it off with. Inefficient McDonald hand driers. Fantastic drive-through & service! I had to tell the manager to clean the men's toilets - not very clean.
