DO NOT EAT CHICKEN FROM HERE. i’ve been to narellan McDonald’s twice now to have the chicken be RAW. first was grilled chicken in Nov 2025 and came back Jan 2026 to hopefully find some improvement and find its still the same. just disgusting and staff need mandatory retraining on how to cook chicken.
Rude customer service. I simply asked a question about an order my elderly grandmother made to ensure it was correct as she didn’t receive a receipt . I was responded to “ I asked if she wanted it in a meal “. and then continued to roll her eyes and walk away.
Would love to thank the young girl at the counter today and the staff packing orders, I have a small child with sensory issues and an eating disorder who will only eat round nuggets: they insured that she only got round nuggets and it’s the first meal she’s eaten in a long time! So Thankyou for your kind service :)
Worst store ever. After a year of getting breakfast I’m done. 9/10 chance of cold unsalted chips. Burgers or muffins dry and well past it. If you complain you get a smug response etc. Discovered Hungry Jacks has fixed their coffee so I’m out.
The food was prepared well and the service was very friendly. The young blonde girl in red served me and she was lovely—no issues at all. The older brunette in grey seemed a bit stressed, but still remained friendly and professional. What stood out to me was how busy both of them were, running around trying to manage everything on their own. My question is—where was the manager? It didn’t seem fair that they were left without support. Your staff clearly care and work hard, but they need proper help. Please do better for them.
