9/10 times the order is wrong, most recently ordered a chicken mcmuffin mcmuffin meal, the mcmuffin came with no cheese or sauce and the coffee had no add-ons that I paid for (oat milk + espresso shot). Previously ordered chicken nuggets that were cold and hard, can go on...If you do decide to go to this Maccas, check every single item including opening your burgers. They don't seem to care to get any order right. I don't go out of my way to write bad reviews but this particular Maccas deserves it. 2nd photo from my order where the muffin is burnt and the chicken is cold and inedible
Ordered through drive-thru and unfortunately one burger was missing from the order when I got home. Also found a black curly hair on one of the fries, which was quite concerning. Please pay more attention to order accuracy and food hygiene. Hopefully this can be improved in the future
Caution when going through the drive through, check your order. As, I recieved the saddest large chips ever. More like a small, and cold as cardboard. I know its maccas, so the bar is generally quite low. But I would like it if I got the amount of low-bar food I ordered. That said, it was fast.
I have noticed that many times the same situation happens during the early morning shift. The store is not very busy, but customers are still waiting too long to be served. I have also observed that compared to other stores, the service speed is slower. Even during quiet hours, service should be fast and efficient. Please thanks
Intro: Located a short walk from Waitara Station along Pacific Highway, opposite Barker College. Service: Staff were attentive and timely. Order was very warm and arrived in 7 minutes. Order: 1 Filet-o-Fish ($7.30), 1 Small Fries ($3.45) and 1 Apple Pie ($2.00). Total = $12.75, which is excessive for fast food. Food: Apple Pie was hot and delicious, but Filet-o-Fish & small fries were smaller than expected. Verdict: McDonalds is the crux of shrinkflation: smaller portions, larger costs.
