I’ve been to this location several times, and each visit has been disappointing. The wraps are consistently underwhelming, with very little chicken and fillings, and they lack flavour. The chips are also very salty. Considering the price, it doesn’t feel like good value. The service has been quite cold each time. I wouldn’t recommend this location and don’t plan to return.
Bad experience, the Halloumi and chiken hamburger it is like a toy! The quantity of chicken is a joke when I asked ti the staff, they replied it is a standard size. Separate we bought half chicken that was cold and looks old.
Underwhelming. Ordered a bowl…maybe a teaspoon of avocado that was turning brown and tasted overripe. Not enough chicken and just lacked flavour. Was good 10 min wait … and they weren’t even busy.
I’m a regular customer of Oporto, but I was really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a full chicken with a side of rice, but the staff member misheard and gave me a full box of fries instead. When I corrected her, she took back the fries and said she’d give me rice. What I received was shocking — instead of a proper side, I was given a small cup of rice that was burnt, poor quality, and not at all up to Oporto’s usual standard (see photo). I even showed it to the manager in store, and while he offered to replace or refund it, I refused because the bigger issue is how something like this was served to a customer in the first place. As someone who comes to Oporto often, this was very disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the service and food quality, because customers deserve better than this.
Oporto is my KFC! I love this brand. It seems underrated. The chilli sauce is incredible, and I’ll choose flame-grilled chicken over fried chicken any day. My favourite healthy fast food, hands down.
