From the moment I walked to the counter, the team made me feel welcome with their friendly attitude and genuine customer service. My meal was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the chips were crispy, and everything was prepared with care. Even though the store was busy, my order came out quickly and the staff remained friendly and professional throughout. I'll definitely be back and would happily recommend this store to family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work!

Vas (the store owner) seems to need more training on the till system. Today I visited this store and ordered the exact same meal I had purchased the day before from another Oporto location. Vas told me I had to pay an extra 50 cents to swap the sauce, which has never been an issue at any other store. I explained that I regularly eat at Oporto for lunch and showed him my receipt from the previous purchase, but he insisted that no other store would have done it. Despite providing proof, there was no attempt to resolve the issue or understand the discrepancy. As a Platinum member who visits Oporto almost daily, this was a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this store was the worst Oporto experience I’ve had. We left store without eating . Vas have a look at a receipt from previous store.

I had a really great experience at this Oporto. The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot, with generous portions that made it great value for money. Everything tasted like it had been prepared fresh rather than sitting around waiting to be served. The team were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Even during a busy period, the service was quick and efficient, and the staff remained professional and attentive. The restaurant was clean, well organised, and had a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back again soon.

I had such a great experience at this Oporto! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour — exactly what you want from a fast food spot but better quality than expected. The portions were generous and everything tasted like it had just been made to order. The service was also impressive. The staff were friendly, efficient and handled the rush really well without making anyone feel rushed. The store front itself was clean and well maintained, which always makes a big difference. It’s rare to find fast food that’s quick, affordable and genuinely enjoyable but this Oporto delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
