Tried to order food at 5.15 (store doesn’t close till 6 according to google and website) and was rudely turned away and the lady working bluntly said ‘we’re closed.’ The salad bar was fully stocked with no lids, still bread in the cabinet and all the lights were still on. Terrible service.
I went to Subway last night and the man who built my subway was funny and very polite. (Never caught his name but he was about 5’11 and wore glasses) Sub tasted brilliant. I got a footlong BMT. Must recommend and will come back again
My daughter said - worst wrap ever Staff looked so annoyed when there are customers. No wonder this store is empty when the others are pumping
i had a visit on 22/5 for a grab- footlong! bread probably too old or overheated.. worst footlong ever had... nOW come to customer service its pretty rough and humaliting! very rude teenagers ... i think ownership changed with SAsian .. since then has gone to downhill! never going back:(
Absolutely discussing seeing how the shop was, 1 poor lady left to make and serve ever customer why the other 2 staff members just sat out the back or talked to a friend that was at the counter. Apon asking why are you not helping your team member the staff just smiled and said she didn't ask for help why about 7-8 customers were waiting to be served. Absolutely discussing staff ethics and customer service. I feel so sorry for the 1 lady who was serving and doing Absolutely everything by herself.
