I ordered 1 chicken Barbie and 1 garlic mushroom , instead of getting garlic mushroom they gave me garlic toast!!! If at that time was busy with lots of people ordering as, they might mixup other ordering fine! But there is only customer at that time! How can they make such basic error? End up paying $13.50 and received $6.95 toast!!! Such a rip off!!! Always check what they pack your order correct even you are the only customer at the time!

Thank you for taking time and clarifying it. Appreciate it. Apologies if i misconstrued it. I would resume going back to my fav ToastieSmith. Will send an email too. ToastieSmith is my fav. But today i got unhygienic service. The lady was touching raw meat with gloves on and when i placed order for eggsmith, she was using the same glove while toasting the bread. I want authority to be strict about it. I would never go back to this store
This used to be our favourite place to get breakfast locally and I would have given it 5 stars. I dont know what's happened in the last month at toastie smith but the service has gone downhill and they give you mostly bread. Used to be filled with lovely scrambled egg and so tasty. Such a shame. Dont waste your money its expensive for 2 pieces of bread.
Was really yum. Cudnt really taste all 3 sauces. And bacon fat wasnt cooked.. was more a warm bread than toast. I recon just put a little extra time in would be a 10 star toastie. ! I will be back tho. !
The service was disappointing, and the staff came across as quite rude. I ordered smashed avocado on toast with cheese but received sliced avocado instead. When I inquired about the price, they mentioned that the pricing at Macquarie Centre differs from Chatswood, but their explanation was unclear and confusing. Additionally, the tables were not properly cleaned, which added to the negative experience.
