1st time Customer, Spent $50. Chips were OK, Scallops & Battered Savs & Fish Cocktails were all well over Battered, Savs were rubbery. Fish Cakes were Cremated. whole lot except chips were very Dark & tasted terrible. Dumbfounds me. A good business makes good money yet Business owners wonder why they go down the tube. Probably believe people are not spending when quite often they never return again due to poor quality. Cost of living is high, People will get upset when sold rubbish & 90% of it gets binned. Cutting corners to save money only loses further Customer returning Business. Will never blow money here again.
Can't express my obsession with Billy the Squids chips. Yes, the seafood, Burgers and service is incredible but if you want the best chips in town............ do yourself a favour.
The best calamari rings and scallops! So tasty and well cooked. We are liked the chips and the beef burger.
Very yummy fish and chips here. Fresh and not greasy which is really nice. Team is friendly. Servings are very generous. Located on the quieter side away from the noisier cafes.
The new owners were great. All our food was fresh nothingprecooked. We loved our grilled fish, fish cocktails tasted awesome. The serving sizes were huge.
