finally managed to get down here during lunch hours. we ordered the limited edition fish burger and the deli focaccia. fish burger was excellent, although the abundance of tartare sauce did mean my burger fell apart really quickly. would be nice if it was wrapped up like the focaccia was! the focaccia was great, although a bit dry. tolerably spicy - might be intolerable if you're not a fan of spice since it features pickled chilli. their matcha latte was spectacular too. they use sad girl matcha which is splendid 🙂 will definitely come again to try some of the other focaccia options!
Pretty good. The steak special is great value. Butcher is very high quality. Sandwiches are fantastic. Coffee is good. Interesting selection of Deli items for Sale.
The head chef Kevin has outdone himself with this exceptional menu! If you’re looking for French fusion with classic homemade meals Fred’s is definitely the place for you! Not only does it have executional food, but all of the wait staff Quentin, Thomas & Finn definitely add to the lively atmosphere of the place. Providing an all round executional service and authenticity to Cronulla!
OMG, what an incredible meal. Amazing flavour sensations in the scallop starter and croquette, followed by melt in mouth lobster and scallop ravioli. Lots of burnt habiter sauce left to dip our fresh focaccia into. Finished with juicy wagyu and horseradish, absolutely delicious! Our friendly helpful waitress was so good too with a knowledge of all the dishes.
I’ve been here about 10 times now, and every single visit has been amazing. Everything is consistently outstanding. 👨🍳 A special mention to the chef, every dish is absolutely exceptional. 🍽️ The quality, presentation, and flavours are always spot on. 🍸 The cocktails are incredible too, easily some of the best I’ve had. 🥇 The service is what truly amazing.. Finn, Georgia, and Quentin always provide friendly, attentive, and professional service, while Thomas behind the bar makes fantastic cocktails and creates a great atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service you receive. In my opinion, Duke’s Providore is one of the best restaurants in NSW, if not the best. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Every visit has been a 12/10 experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Exceptional from start to finish!
