Food was delicious! Steak was so tender and juicy and the gravy with the bernaise sauce was just beautiful. Every dish was a winner. And so were the cocktails. Service was amazing! Great atmosphere, intimate space, great location. Looking forward to coming back to try some more dishes Huge compliments to the chef Gabriel. Highly recommend!
My partner and I visited the restaurant for a Friday night dinner and couldn’t be happier. The service was 10/10 from being welcomed into the restaurant to leaving the restaurant. The food was 10/10 from the starters right through to the drinks and deserts. The steak was the best I have ever had. Definitely the best restaurant in Potts point! Highly recommend.
The quality of the beef and cooking itself at this amazing bistro is spellbinding. Every ingredient can be picked out when taking a bite of the delicious food being served here. Looking forward to returning when next in Potts Point. Stunning! And great service too!
Macleay St Bistro offers a wonderful dining experience. The chefs delivered incredible high quality meals that were delicious. The service was professional and welcoming. To the traditional twice baked soufflé, to the mouth watering steak and french martini’s, the restaurant has nailed the french cuisine!
Had a fabulous lunch with wonderful friends up from Melb. We ate way too much and enjoyed absolutely everything. Service and atmosphere was excellent. Loud, fun. Forgot to take more photos. The scallop entree was delicious. I had the steak, medium rare with pepper sauce was about 7/10. All in all, I recommend.
