Absolutely amazing customer service. Even though the delay was outside of their control, they went above and beyond to make sure my food arrived fresh and with care. It’s so refreshing to see a business genuinely look after their customers and take pride in what they do. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
Awesome food, pizza was great, kids and grandchildren absolutely loved it, definitely recommend for a great family vibe and great feed. Nothing like a thin crust pizza topped off with an amazing Nutella strawberry banana pizza for an awesome after taste. Highly recommended.
Acai is SOOO GOOD, keep coming back for more. I usually get Nutella on mine and it’s the perfect consistency and they load it up instead of a little drizzle that some places do. Also affordable and still gives a lot of acai. The people are super sweet and friendly.
Quiet, contemporary little cafe on the outskirts of the bustling Auburn Centre. Great food paired with great customer service. Prices are fair as the food was well-prepared and delicious. Parking can be a problem as there are only a few spots available out front, but other than that, I do recommend visiting Queen’s Cafe!
My partner and I visited around 1 pm, we drove 10-15min to go this cafe as a friend recommened them. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel welcomed upon arrival. I asked the lady for a menu and whether they offered all-day breakfast. She confirmed they did but said she won’t be able to cook as she’ll need to keep an eye out for other customers because she was alone, and it was her busiest time—even though my partner and I was the only customer there. She was a bit rude about it and it made us feel like we couldn’t order anything. But to make it easier for her, we ordered an acai bowl, even though I really wanted something from the kitchen. The hospitality was disappointing, and she even closed the kitchen early because of us, while people from the neighboring establishment were still using it. The acai bowl was good, but I was disappointed with the overall hospitality.
